Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your FlashFox account and all data associated with it. This is available whether or not you still have the app installed.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Quiz progress, scores, and streak history
- Achievements, badges, and unlocked wardrobe items
- Deck and flashcard completion data
- Any support messages tied to your account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
How to request deletion
Use the form below, or use the Delete Account option in the app's Settings. We will process verified requests and delete your data within 30 days.
